Made a few trips this direction since Lizzie started school here but never had lots of time for wandering around and take in the history. And it was a perfect sunny morning to take it in this trip.
Milwaukee is another Midwest industrial city that had some great days and then came the changes in the world and it sat stuck for awhile. It is coming back once again in its next new phase with lots of housing popping up in the center and the warehouse area around lots of wonderful old buildings. A great mix. And resting right on the edge of Lake Michigan.
