Hong Kong - Wandering around Kowloon

A truly gloomy and humid week for us in HK.
Wandered a bit around Kowloon and found some great public art and a comic book statue show featuring HK comic heroes from the last 30 plus years.

White Bear Lake MN - Mary's Birthday Celebration

Another year and another opportunity to celebrate Mary's next year!  Another "fabulous" evening had by all.....

Stillwater MN - Easter and the Mac Guys make a strong showing

The Mac guys were the primary guests this year for the Cashman Easter Dinner.
Last year they were canoeing and this year they were getting ready to slog through many more snow storms before spring arrives.

Hong Kong - Let it rain, rain, rain down on.......

It was exceptional warm in Sydney last week.  It was equally as rainy and gloomy here in Hong Kong - the start of a good typhoon apparently.
I arrived home to non-stop rain.
I work up early on Sunday and it looked like rain but it hadn't started as of yet so I thought I should get off and get a walk in before I got stuck inside the rest of the day.
I wandered off and found a path that ran across the side of the mountain - it became a bit of an adventure to get to the other side but I got it done before the rain decided to set in again for much of the day.
It sounds like we need to get used it for awhile at this point......bug does make for some amazing cloud formations and movements as we sit in the office and take it in each day.

Sydney Australia - Manly, Shelly Beach and North Head filled a great sunny day

I always enjoy the ferry ride from Sydney to Manly.  It takes about 30 minutes and you get to enjoy the front end of the Sydney Harbour Area and are somewhere else when you get to Manly.
The previous day had been super hot.  We got a bit of a storm and it cleared the air and it was a most comfortable day to climb around the hills and rocks around Shelly Beach and up to North Head - the entrance to the Sydney Harbour.
