Hong Kong - Sunday in Soho

With the rugby 7s on Soho is a bit quieter this weekend.
Doesn't stop the locals and the regulars from starting the day by gathering around the neighborhood for brunch.
That is usually followed by finding a seat or at least your bit of concrete to settle in and enjoy the afternoon hanging with everyone else - with a few refreshments as well.
We are out there on the good days as well as the bad - if it is Sunday......

Hong Kong - Rugby 7s Weekend

The Hong Kong Rugby 7s are going on this weekend.  And I got tickets to go on Sunday.
Great, gloomy and totally sticky and a stadium full of people out to enjoy the day - what could be better!
It is a very international event.  Team and their fans come from around the world.  Lots of activities and people around all week.  But on the weekend they are all out ready to enjoy non-stop rugby action - and lots and lots of beers.
The stadium is built in to the side of the mountain.
An experience for sure - glad I got myself in the gates this year.

Sydney Australia - Great morning to land. The sun was out.

Sunday in Sydney and the sun is out.  Haven't seen much of that in Hong Kong over the last few months.
And apparently not much sun in Sydney either as of late.  So everyone was out taking it all in.  And the temperature and humidity were pretty agreeable as well.
The clouds and rain came back to start off the week - but enjoyed Sunday as long as I could

Hong Kong - the grey gloomy weather continues

The sun can't seem to break through.  We have been in a grey fog for weeks and weeks - fortunately it seems to be fog and not smog.
Once the sun comes out it should warm things up quickly.  And with the humidity already here we are ready to go in to the long sweaty season.
As I wandered around it was great to catch the smells of springtime and things blooming all over.

Shanghai China - quick in and out

First time to Shanghai and it was a late evening arrival, full day of activities and a delayed Friday night at the airport to get home.
Definitely a place to get back to.

Hong Kong - hanging with the JAMF Team at Ozone

Another USA JAMF visiting and supporting the team.
My first time not sitting outside - windy, cold and potentially rainy.  That usually doesn't stop us - but now view so why take the rest on.
So cool inside - hardly ever took notice knowing what a great view you get from the outside.

Hong Kong - ongoing gloom, grey and rain....and restful

Overall pretty quiet weekend in HK.  The weather supported that kind of activity.
Met some great new friends but otherwise just hung out in a low level way.  But always get out for a wander - always more streets you have to check out and see what they have to offer.
Always a good walk up and down the stairs and hills of Central HK - so many streets and corners still to find.

Hong Kong - back on the escalators

Been on the road for three weeks.
It was both good and somewhat "new" to get back to the home base of Hong Kong.
Grey and gloomy with a bit of rain but good to be back.
