Saint Paul MN - A snowy finish to March 2023

 

After an all day rain, it's 9PM on the 31st and the snow has started.  Will go until the early AM and telling us 5 - 8 inches to start April 1.  And 50 mph winds as well - welcome to spring in Minnesota. 

Chicago IL - A grey day before the next storm

 

Not much sun to be seen on this trip.  However, the streets were ice and snowless so made for a good walking.  

Wandered a bit west to lots of new development over the last 20 years.  You can see new neighborhoods coming together.  

And as evening rolled in so did the rain.  And by Saturday late morning it was turning to snow.  Fortunately, the big snow was north and west of the center - and it was above freezing.

Not much warmer than Minnesota but a snow free zone for sure.  

Fort Lauderdale FL - Final wander

 

Another sunny start before it was time to head out - rain coming in for the afternoon and evening.  Got in a swim and one more wander before heading to the chaos of a spring break airport...
