Flight left late to Chicago. Flight left late out of Chicago. Missed my connection and 24 hours in Addis. Kind of expected it based on the "plan" the airline booked but still a glitch. Started to feel like a pattern for a long bad trip...
Have to say best treatment ever by an airline anywhere in the world for a flight problem. And got some rest from the long haul flight before heading on to the final destination of Gaborone Botswana.
Back to Addis for a week next week.
