Dawit and family had planned to arrive a few weeks ahead of me in Addis but getting documentation for Naod took longer than thought. So they flew in the weekend before I flew in to Addis. So they are still settling in for their stay.
Met up at their apartment on Sunday evening before the World Cup Final. Had other family and friends around as well. Got to meet the godfather and his wife as well as the sister-in-law and her children.
Lots of conversation and great food to fill the evening. And got to hand off the boxes of Mac stuff that Dawit has had stored in my basement since 2011! A big memory lane night for sure.
