Sha Tim HK - 10,000 Buddha Temple.......and oh so many more than that

I only recently learned of the 10,000 Buddha Temple.  This is definitely a spot I should have it before it hit 33C on a Sunday afternoon!
It's roughly a 500 step walk up the side of the mountain to the to the 10,000 Buddha Temple - and you walk by 500 hundred gold ones, mostly life size, along  the way.  And  then there are more and more and more.
Amazing place to wander through - and the entrance is right behind the IKEA Store - what could be easier to find.
There were several temples - and you can't take pics in those.  Each had something interesting and memorable.
And like Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes, the 10,000 Buddha Temple actually has over 13,000 mini-Buddhas covering the walls.
And the  sun has been out for several days, bringing the heat, but it is wonderful to see Hong Kong like this once again.
