We have been lucky this season getting out for early rides and having very agreeable weather to do it.
And Saturday was another great day for May - 57, cloudy, humidity rising and reasonable winds.
Carly has made it clear she won't show until the temperature hits her age - to date it is usually 75 or 80 when she makes an appearance. We may have to rethink things...she arrived on Saturday.
Good ride and Carly's prayers must have finally worked. They were not forecasting rain but 10 minutes after everyone got in their cars and were off we had lightning, thunder and a boatload of water. Our timing couldn't have been perfect.
And almost 90 and a scorcher today...hopefully not a summer of that ahead.
