I have always had Alaska on my list of places to go one day.
My flight to Hong Kong had the planned stop and plane change in Seattle and then off we went. About 6 hours in we had an oxygen issue and got diverted to Anchorage Alaska. We arrived about 730pm in the dark and headed back to the airport still in the dark about 630am. A good nights sleep at the Hilton and then off we went for another 11 hours to Hong Kong.
Will have to go back - have already had the airport tour but much much more ground to cover - amazing views as we came in and out.
