Saint Paul MN - International Potluck 2013












We spread or preparation for this year's event over 2 days.
On Friday Petar and I dove in to the world of Sebian beans and onions.  And once again we tried to bake a Serbian cake - much greater success this time.
I also learned the tricks to making spring rolls from Long.  And Davide made another "Davide Special Pasta".
Clemens got a better offer so we didn't get out of German/British cook book this year.
We still had plenty of great food and lots of interesting conversations.  And is always the case......not much left for another day.
