Moscow - New Year Trees popping up all over
















Russian don't really celebrate until New Years and then celebrate on through Epiphany.
The decorations come up later. This week the New Year Trees began to shoot up everywhere.

I love how the trees are decorated in such a baroque fashion--the piney equivalent to Fabergé eggs!
