Saint Paul MN - Winter Carnival Time

Got in our Sunday walk and took in this year's ice sculptures on the way home.
A few completed and several just getting started as part of a competition - with all the chain saws going it sounded like they were cleaning out all the trees in downtown.

Rochester MN - Hanging out at Saint Mary's once again

Another trip to Saint Mary's.
That usually translates in to me wander floor after floor to keep busy.  Who needs a mall to walk with you have a huge hospital full of floor upon floor of hallways.
Stopped by the chapel once again - had the whole place to myself.

Saint Paul MN - Winter dinner before the new Mac term begins

We were able to find a date to all gather before the new term begins.
Some were off to their side of the world, others just off to other spots on the map and some of us just enjoyed Minnesota winter for the duration.
Great night to catch up on the holiday break and so many other conversations that popped up.

Saint Paul MN - Birthday celebrating begins

Had planned to start the "65" parties with long time friends.
Due to a fierce storm coming through, the others turning 65 cancelled.  We carried on anyway and took advantage of Ez's 10th birthday to make sure we got some celebrating in - despite the storm.

Minneapolis MN - Snowy Monday Night Event

The work event season is off and running.
Great night at Finnegans.  Comfortable, relaxing location for an event.

Saint Paul MN - Winter break fun

Got out to test our video arcade and mini-golf expertise - no champions in any of them.  But a good time had by all.
Finished it off with an Indian meal and ice cream - never too cold for ice cream.

We gathered those that wanted to get out but wanted to get home early.
Usually, plenty of interest!

Another great night.  Lots of better offers for the second part of the evening so we got everyone off even earlier than usual - no complaints here - hehe.

Duluth MN - Nancy celebrates 60

She waited a month but the celebration of 60 finally happened.
It was the party before the storm.  We got off early to get back home to avoid as much of the rain, sleet, snow and who knows what storm was coming through over the next couple days.
