Tokyo Japan - Christmas Season started this weekend

We went from jazz to Christmas tunes at the coffee shops over the weekend - and by the end of the day on Saturday decorations were popping up everywhere.

Kawagoe Japan - Old and New

Took the train about an hour out and landed in Kawagoe.
It is filled with old clay style buildings that have survived earthquakes, wars and urban sprawl.  Very cool and they are all located in the same area so it makes for a great area to wander and hang.
Temples scattered here and there as well.
Buses and buses full of people enjoying the day and this bit of history.
