Hong Kong - another day along the streets
Today the storm is resting a hundred miles or so out in the sea from us - appears to be heading elsewhere.
So we have the grey and gloominess back with occasional showers. After recored heat for the year yesterday it is a slight bit cooler with the cloud cover today.
And if you are wondering what that first picture is - a local "casket shop Chinese style" right on the street.
Hong Kong - just a sunny, super hot Saturday in June
We have been having excessive heat alerts all week. Today we got the sun, instead of the never ending cloud cover, as well. And we also got the 10+ smog alerts going as well - they seem to be a more common happening as well.
Still good to get out and be in the sun a big - dipped in sunscreen of course.
And always interesting to see the many little sights as you walk around another corner.

Hong Kong - Sunday, Sunny, Super Smog Alert and finally the rain cleaned it all up
Beautiful sunny Sunday in HK.
And to add to the heat and humidity we also had the smog settle in for its worst day this year.
I got off to check out another Temple in Kowloon in the late morning.
Always amazing what you find tucked in between the city, highways and towers in HK.
Back to HK Island for a rooftop bbq and we just watched the smog get thicker and thicker.
We headed further up the side of the hill just as the rain struck and cleansed off a day of sweat and grim before I made it to the apartment.
Singapore - Quick stop on the way to HK
Back again for one more evening before heading back to HK.
Great view from the hotel.
And great laughs out on the river with Doug and Aaron.
