Great expectations and a plan in place to have a second celebration with some additional family. We started with a more typical big count of people. Better offers, Covid concerns and life whittled us down some but we were good to go. And then the "host" picked up a bug - so far negative to Covid.
So a great plan and no event as it went down. Maybe in 2022.
At last a Christmas gathering. We tried last year but the weather kept us home after a worthy attempt to head out to Stillwater.
This year the weather was way too warm for December, but great for travel. A bit of a car hiccup but got back on track and had a great evening with the Sandors.
The previous years of lavish holiday decorations seems to be gone - but there is still some efforts being made out there to make it festive and fun.
Another great day. Less wind and lots of sun.
A much warmer, but windier night as I walked to the hotel.
Great to see so many buildings lighting up the sky to make for a more festive holiday season.
