Tokyo Japan - A wander around Shinjuku

When I think of Shinjuku I think of one monster train station and lots of tall buildings surrounding it - and of course people, people everywhere.  3.5 million people a day go through the Shinjuku Station.
I had some time before I flew back and wandered off in another direction and literally behind the high rise buildings are very quiet, lovely low level houses and a wonderful neighborhood.
Amazing to see the back of many of the towers on the edge walk right in to local neighborhood.

Tokyo Japan - Full on Week

A full week in Tokyo - both day and night.
Got to hang out with Dan from Sydney as well as two of our partners and a new customer after day one of getting set up and ready to go.
And also the receptionist at another partner meeting.

Stillwater MN - We finally found a day for the birthday celebration

Too much going on this February it seems.  We had to get much later in the month to find a good day to celebrate another year.
Long was on for another celebration of his birthday as well - 25 many many more to try to catch up with me.
We even got it right so it could work around Kathleen's busy schedule so she could join us.
We also were able to get ice fishing on the schedule for the Mac guys - and my buddy Gerard from Ireland.  The ice was plenty thick but it was so warm we were standing in a pool of water for the afternoon.
Another birthday and another fun day and night of celebrating.

Saint Paul MN - Macalester Potluck 2016

We gave our first try at Turli Tava - a Macedonia Stew.  "It feels like home" suggested we were on the right path to success.  We will be even better when we give it another try.
Long has become a Spring Roll expert.
And once we added Chinese Chicken Wings we were ready to go.
Another success and lots of winners at our table at Bingo to finish off the evening.
