Saint Paul MN - The Birthday Party

What a full and wonderful day.
We started the day with the celebration of my Uncle Jim Cashman and ended it with celebrating my 60th birthday.  Both were great celebrations and great fun.
Even had Aunt Marge in from Florida for another party at 247 Mac.
I had great parties at 30, 40, 50 and now 60 - and all have great stories and memories.  And the in between years haven't been bad celebrations either.......

Saint Paul MN - Macalester Potluck

Another potluck success.
We had to work a bit harder for an ingredient or two this year but finally found it all and had another busy kitchen.
Arrived a few minutes late with one UK vegetable and 2 Asian desserts.
Even had a winner in the last round of Bingo!  I got to tell lots of Grandma Cashman Bingo stories as well.

Sydney Australia - summer in the city

Equally as nice here when I arrived.  It was almost a perfect weather week - warm and not too humid.
I always like the way that Australia preserves the old and builds the new and it all creates great visuals and experiences as you take in and enjoy the city.
