Sydney Australia - Sunny all day

The clouds stayed away and the sun warmed things up and made for a wonderful winter afternoon.   And people were out everywhere enjoying it.

Track work being done so had a quiet wander from Central Station to the hotel.  About 45 with a clear blue sky - definitely not a Hong Kong morning.   All quiet before the streets fill with shoppers and tourists.

Hong Kong - Cam and Rusty with us for the week

More of the USA Team is out this week for certification classes.  Enjoying showing HK off - and a night out with the team.

Hong Kong - Summer in the City

Every day its 30C+ and humid.  They all may be miserable but some do feel better than others.  And then there are the storms - daily this time of year.
But the streets are full and there are always people arriving to take in the wonders of HK.
And you never know what you may run across when you come around the corner.

Hong Kong - Another Typhoon misses us

Huge Typhoon came through the region.
Missed Hong Kong but for some passing rain showers but did amazing damage as it landed in Southern China.
Close enough to get us a T3 alert and a cancelled boat trip on the harbour on Friday.
By Saturday all was calm and everyone back out on the streets and wandering up and down the side of the hill.
And Sunday was hot, humid but very very sunny - something we just don't see enough of this year.

Hong Kong - Karaoke Night with the Team

Definitely a whole new experience in Karaoke.
We rented a room at a Karaoke building - there must have been a hundred or more rooms available to rent.  It included a super huge buffet dinner and all the rest.
It made for a great Thursday night as the typhoon moved along south of us setting us up to a T3 warning and a cancelled boat trip the next day.

Seattle Washington - New route to HK

Delta has started  new route to Hong Kong from the Twin Cities via Seattle.  Same amount of time as going through Tokyo just a different path.
The real plus it gets me back to HK much earlier in the evening.

Saint Paul MN - Serbian BBQ

Back for a quick week of meetings.  Petar and Dragon put together a Serbian BBQ evening.
A full spread filled with lots of great food - and the usual suspect conversation and laughs.

Sydney Australia - Fourth of July

We had a two day event.  Ended on the 4th of July.
We went out with friends from the event to celebrate the day.

Great day and a great wander through the center to get back home for the evening - always a lovely building or spot I haven't seen or noticed before.
Cool winter night ahead - but looking forward to more sunshine in the week ahead.
