Minneapolis MN - Still feels like summer

 

And the 80s just keep coming.  Been an amazing week weather wise for late September.  Plenty of walking, biking and just letting the warm weather soak in before the winter ahead arrives.  

Fort Lauderdale FL - Far from the hurricane but still windy and rainy

 

Quick visit and was around as one massive storm was heading towards the west coast.  Far away but the winds and rains that came through from the far edges of the storm were blowing plenty of things around. 

The ducks seemed to be all gathering in the same spots and the little lizards were everywhere running around.  

 

Saint Paul MN - Meeting up with the GWC crew

 

Had a great brunch this AM with a whole group of George Williams College Alum.  All our paths crossed for a period of time at GWC in the Seventies.  Lots of great stories, memories and life updates to fill the morning.  

Savannah Georgia - The morning walk

Got one more wander in before heading out.  Wandered back towards the river and caught an empty ship heading to the loading area up river - quite amazing to watch them navigate those monster ships.  

Felt like the start of another hot, steamy day.

The historic and river zones cover enough space to give you more streets than I have time this trip to wander each one.  Another hot, steamy day but many spots to stop, relax and get out of the heat.
