Met up for an afternoon/evening kick off and headed through the CBD a bit and since it was 76F we headed to the Yarra River Area to hang out for drinks and dinner.
We had an extra morning/afternoon before the tour began for the rest of the crew. We headed off to a few sites in the Central Business Area and near the hotel to kick off Melbourne.
And headed off for a cold windy walk along the beach in Saint Kilda before we warmed up over lunch at the pub.
