Toronto Ontario CAN - Feeling a bit like storm tracker

Found a great rate to hang in Canada a bit and grabbed it long before winter and the BIG storm arrived.  Had to slip and slide to the airport.  Mostly the slushy phase of our storm but there were ice spots that the car only found once it was on it and not able to turn - aimed at a house on a curve but the curb pushed us back out, thankfully.

Snow from then on and then off to Toronto.  They were in the warm wave of the storm.  Arrived to summer thunderstorm style rain - and it didn't stop.  Added a bit of snow to make huge puddles with slush on top - wet feet and everything else.  Since they are on the lake, they missed most of the snow but it was gathering not too far outside the waters edge.  I was in the rain slush zone.

Christmas is sure happening this year but from the places I have been it seems like it is not new, bold and exciting but more a lot of splash with lots of stuff we have around from the last 10 years just to make sure it feels like the holidays.  Still lovely - but not those big bold events we got used to over the pre-coved years.
