Inver Grove Heights MN - Senior Night with Hunter

Been hanging out at hockey games with Gina for several years now.  Her son Hunter is the goalie. 
Senior night tonight - so everyone came out.
it has been a great ride - on to graduation......

Stillwater MN - A big birthday year

It started off as a cold winter morning but the sun was out and it warmed up to be a pretty nice day - followed by 6 inches of snow over night.
Cheikh and Niketh headed out early with me and we got in a bit of ice fishing and some four-wheeling.  The fishing was more an experience in drilling holes - didn't get one bite.
And we finished off the day with a bit of celebrating with family and friends that have joined my ride over the last 65 years.
Great way to celebrate.

Saint Paul MN - Full day to get the week started

Lots going on this week.
Event at the local baseball stadium, with great art hanging all over. 
They also host a winter ice rink and super slide.
And Hunter's hockey game, another shut out, to finish it off.

Saint Paul MN - Macalester Potluck time

Its potluck time once again.
This year we made a chicken dish from Senegal and a beef dish from India - Alex lives in the one area where beef is part of the menu. 
Success with both and lots and lots of great food once we arrived for the event.
And Bingo was back - and we had some winners!

Saint Paul MN - The Coven opening event

I remember when the Blair Arcade was boarded up and had nightly visits by the local police, fire and drug authorities.  Quite an interesting corner in those days.
And it is great to see that it continues to reinvent itself and evolve time and time again.  This time The Coven has moved in - great co-working space focusing on women.
A much different look than the usual co-working spaces you see out there.
