Glenwood Springs CO - white water rafting

The weather has been fabulous and it was perfect for our white water adventure.

Hanging Lake CO - climbing the mountain for the view

You walk 1.2 miles and over a 1000 feet up and there is Hanging Lake - an amazing place. You follow a river that starts at the lake and winds its way down the side of the hill.
And then you walk up further to Spouting Rock Falls...another unique and wonderful view.
Jimbo kept at my tail and so I just kept climbing rock after rock until we reached the top. Our whole crew made it to the top with varying degrees of comfort but all realized it was worth the effort.
