Turned out to be a grey, windy and cool day. Winds out of the north bringing back in the smoke from the wildfires in Canada. Seems to be the "new" thing for summers in Minnesota.
Who knew there was a Lefse Museum and a record of the world's largest lefse - and in Starbuck MN.
Discovered Lake Minnewaska on the drive to Morris. Glenwood is at one end and Starbuck at the other. Stopped in to see what there was to see on the way home and not only discovered the museum but a few other things worth taking in.
Got in my morning wander taking in the sites of Morris. Easy wander from the hotel to the cemetery and the University next. Then on to the downtown and a search for the lake - they kind of like to hide it here.
My first visit to Morris Minnesota and it came together to celebrate Lauren and Joel's wedding.
They got a beautiful day and it was a great family style celebration.
Great rainy day for the yard but not very good for a walk. Headed out to the Mall after my morning meetings and saw a few new things - love the new street murals.
Gretchin has been part of our biking and walking group for a long, long time. And today she celebrated the big 60. A perfect day to be outside and got another bike ride in before stopping by for the party.
