Saint Paul MN - The partying is starting

Patty will be off on a river trip through parts of Europe in May so we started the Kristijan graduation celebrating over the weekend.
A big Italian dinner on a cool, grey Sunday night.  Nam managed the grill to have chicken perfection.

Saint Paul MN - Finally, Mary's schedule opens to celebrate

We had to wait until Mary was several weeks in to her path to 65 before she had availability to celebrate - but we finally made it happen.
Even got a non-snowy night after a threat of snow earlier in the day.
Mary was working her new found Cuban Dance Moves - otherwise, a typical birthday celebration.
We expected Sarah's new son to be the real star, but he called in sick along with a few others.

Lots of great reflections and blue sky this morning at the train stop.
A great glow before the next April snow shows up tomorrow.....

Mahtomedi to Stillwater MN - Spring has sprung

We go the Schrep out for a ride today - warm, sunny and a good hilly start to the season.
A walk earlier in the day with Braman in downtown Minnie - so taking full advantage of the good ones.

Stillwater MN - A beautiful Easter Sunday

We got 2 great days in a row - and they were both on the weekend.
Great sunny day to celebrate Easter - and we had a big crowd.
John and Michael decided it was a great day to get that first swim in for the season - definitely a cold one.

Saint Paul MN - The bike season begins

Sunny and 70 - finally.  A perfect Saturday and everyone was out and about.
A few of us got the premier ride of the season in with a 15 miles spin along both sides of the river the U.

The sun finally came out and what a beautiful day it was.  Gotta love 70F day.
Wandered to the new Hudson Yards Area as a place to start.  The site includes a mall - it certainly has the magnitude and stature of a Hong Kong Mall.
And there is even an addition to the HighLine Park.
It was a day where everyone got out and took a great spring day - the parks and streets were all full.
