Saint Paul MN - perfect weather weekend

Finally two non-humid weekend days in a row - wow, perfect weather weekend.
Great Saturday bike ride and with all the timely rain and sun the yard and plants are looking great.  After being gone for several years again, the yard goes off on its own course.  This is a great year to see what is still alive, what is out of control and get a plan in place to move things around when it gets a bit cooler in the fall.
And Sunday lunch overlooking the golf course in Rochester - great finish.

Edina MN - A Dave and Busters Sunday

Another hot and sticky Saturday that included another bike ride.  And then a beautiful Sunday.  Betty and Byran in town so met up with them for a birthday celebration at Dave and Busters - haven't been in one of these in many, many years.

Saint Paul MN - Another steamy July Saturday

We have gotten in to a regular pattern lately - hot and steamy Saturdays, followed by beautiful Sundays.  Not all bad - except we bike on Saturday morning.
Still gathered a few and found a cool spot for a beverage and some bad treats.

Minneapolis MN - work night out

Quarterly meeting time so all sorts of people in town from all over the world - and a hot steamy week in Minnesota.  As it should be in July.

Many of the East Coast family arrived over the weekend for a week of lake and Minnesota activities.
Great weather and plenty of activities to make sure we found something for everyone to do - even sliver removal!

Rochester MN - a sad, yet celebratory day

First time back in this church since I think I was a kid - and it was sitting out in the "country.

We went with a Independence Day Eve Celebration this year.
Perfect night to hang out and enjoy the evening and a few laughs along the way.
And a "what could I find at the Farmers Market" menu.

Wow we got a perfect Saturday morning.
Cool enough and winds in our face to start but pushing us along when we needed it.

Stillwater MN - Betty and Byran come to town

A great evening for a boat ride.
Betty and Byran stopped by on their was to Rochester so we all headed to the lake.
And Jimbo legs up just taking it all in.
A perfect night of loons, herons and laughs.
