Saint Paul - the weekend...it must be another wedding

It has been the summer of weddings for me. One more this weekend.
Another warm and sunny day - a perfect July or August day in mid-September - go figure.
Cindy was in charge of the bows or maybe it was the beaus...hmmm didn't ask enough questions on that one.
No doubt that bike will show up again some Saturday on a ride...and who may be riding along...

Davide joins the team

My Macalester Host family experience began with Greg and Taka. And have added Dawit and Danny. Davide joins the current "D" team.
Davide joins us in St Paul from Italy - from a surrounding city near Milan. We took in a few sites and enjoyed a meal and provided him with as much information and advice as he could handle his first week in Minnesota.

Minneapolis MN - Matt gets married

Between the flower project and the trip to Alex for Lauren's wedding Matt got married. A stunning event at a wonderful old home in Minneapolis.
Matt and I worked together at John Ryan both in the US and Australia. Many adventures throughout those years.

Alexandria MN - Lauren and Derrick's Wedding

We ventured north to Alexandria for Lauren and Derrick's big day. A lovely day with spotty rain. Reflections at the church and the party at the Barn. The laughs, the tears and plenty of energy expended on the dance floor.....
